Interview English for your placement season
A 4-week pilot for placement cells and coaching institutes. Students rehearse real interviews in English out loud, get coached in their own language on the mistakes it makes them commit, and see an honest estimate of how ready they are before the drive.
What your students do
A mission with a date
Each student sets their interview date and role. The daily plan paces the weeks: build the language, sharpen it, then rehearse.
Role rehearsal
Interview scenes for software, nursing and sales roles, spoken out loud with a partner who follows up like a real panel.
Their first language’s traps
About 695 hand-written rules for the mistakes a first language causes, such as missing articles for Hindi speakers. Each trap is tracked until the student stops making it. Example: Hindi speakers.
Coached in their language
Explanations in Hindi, Bengali, Tamil, Telugu, Marathi, Gujarati, Kannada, Malayalam, Punjabi, Urdu and more, with the English always in English.
Honest by design
- Readiness is an estimate built from the student’s own practice. It says “not enough evidence yet” until there are at least three pieces of evidence.
- Pronunciation scores appear only when the recording was actually assessed, never as a guess.
- No certificates and no invented scores, so nothing a recruiter could be misled by.
How the pilot runs
- Week 0: a short call with your team, then a kickoff session with your students (online).
- Weeks 1–4: students practise about 10 to 15 minutes a day on their phones; we check in with you each week.
- End of pilot: we review what students practised and how their readiness moved, and you decide whether to continue.

Questions
What does the pilot cost?
Nothing. The pilot is free for up to 50 students for 4 weeks, with no card and no commitment. After the pilot: a simple per-student price, quoted in writing before you decide.
Which roles does it cover?
Interview rehearsal is built for software, nursing and sales roles, in English. Students in other streams practise general interview and workplace conversations, and can describe their own role to the coach.
Which languages can students be coached in?
The app works in 24 languages, including Hindi, Bengali, Tamil, Telugu, Marathi, Gujarati, Kannada, Malayalam, Punjabi and Urdu. Explanations come in the student’s own language, and the coach knows the English mistakes that language tends to cause.
Do students get a certificate or a score?
No certificate. Each student sees a readiness estimate for their interview, built from their own practice, and it stays empty until there is enough evidence. It is an estimate, not a grade.
Is there a dashboard for the placement cell?
Not yet. During the pilot we run a kickoff with your students, check in weekly, and review the results with you at the end. Each student can show their own progress screen.
Where is student data kept?
Main storage and AI processing are in the European Economic Area. Students can download or delete their data at any time from the app. The pilot is for students aged 18 and over.
