Editorial policy
How we write, check and correct the guides and language pages on wordslick.com.
Who writes our pages
Pages are written by the WordSlick editorial team. Language-pair pages are generated from our hand-authored ruleset of first-language interference, our expression bank and our speaking scenes; each fact on them comes from that data, which the team reviews.
Accuracy
- We describe only features the app actually has, and say plainly what it does not do (for example, we do not give IELTS band scores).
- We do not publish invented statistics, testimonials or ratings.
- Language examples are checked against standard usage; where usage varies by region (British and American English, Brazilian and European Portuguese), we say so.
Use of AI
Reference content on these pages is written by people. In the app, AI powers conversations, corrections and feedback. When AI helps us draft or translate a page, a person reviews it before it is published.
Updates and corrections
Each page shows when it was last updated. If you find a mistake, email support@indusir.com and we will fix it and update the date.
Independence
We do not accept payment for links or placements. Comparisons with other products state what we checked and when.
